Cannot connect over SPI @ Winbond W25Q64BV

Hmm :(
with the BC connected and ATX out: 1.48v
vith ATX plugged in: 0.8v
after system has been on for 10 sec and then turned off using the power button (PSU still "on" and connected to 230v): 1.12v
and BCUSB reads, Status:"Connected to device: Not supported" Console: "Connected to flash (JEDEC: 80 8080)"

I think the problem lies in the chip pin 7 and 8 bridge..
does it have to be a 0.1 mm2 copper wire? I only tried shortening pin 7 and 8 with the multimeter probe (from system power up till BC detection)

I dont see how Im suppose to bridge em with a wire :( solder? or just wrap the wire around the two pins?

seams Im getting closer though!

edit:
Its hard to see the thin wire.. is it just wrapped around pin 7 and 8? seams like it is going someware from thoes two pins?

edit2:
with multimeter probe as bridge: ID 80 8080
without the bridge: E0 C0E0, F0 FFC0 and other random IDs

to sum up :)
I can still only get a "good" connection with 1.8-1.9v (ether from BCUSB at 5v setting, or by external PSU with 1.8-1.9v)

but writing mismatches :(
