D3 where can i find the program to flash the coolrunner and pin out from the black cat to the cool runner thanks ....black cat has 6 pin cooler runner have 4 pin

make sure you have firmware 7.05 loaded onto the FCUSB

Make sure your enable jtag vcc pin is ticked in settings.

I dont know what your Coolrunner looks like , but i am assuming the pins you are missing is VCC and GND , so you would have to look for those points on your coolrunner.
