Trouble with MSI P67A-GD65

I have asked the developer for more information regarding this , as I have this exact chip and it reads /writes perfectly in a standalone adapter for fcusb
 
Been doing some reading on MSI Forums where people have succesfully used FCUSB with that specific chip and they mentioned in order to get a good write they connected pin 9 on the JSPI1 header which according to them is #HOLD to VCC on the FCUSB programmer , have you tried this ?
