Xbox 360 Nand Jasper 512 BC Error and ECC Question

I have 2 main questions....
I am hoping someone already knows the answer or can figure it out, because I am stumped....

1st off if I try to read the Nand using any version of BC other than BC 282, BC just crashes and says 'system.Outofmemoryexception' I have tried several builds 304,303, 300 Beta 1...with the same results... Also using BC 282 reading the full 512mb takes about 1 hr and 45 minutes... Not sure if that is normal or not...

2nd is there a newer Xbox-Nand.bcs Script that will work for the Jasper 512 to be able to write the ecc for Xell-ECC.. Or is there an alternative method using BC, because i heard that it will not work properly with Nandpro to write the ecc

I have attached the Error Message if that will help. Thanks, any help would be much appreciated.

BCUSB builds 300 + require Net Framework 4 to work , this could be your issue.
The time to read your full 512 is correct , it is not super fast unfortunately , but once you have a full working backup , then you only need to work with the first 64 MB to do what you need to do and that will be somewhat faster :)

Unfortunately we have not worked out a method to do the ecc load on the 256 /512 boxes due to the spare blocks . BCUSB has never been compatable with nandpro , so at this moment in time you would need to use an alternative programmer to do the ecc image load.

Maybe my .net 4 is corrupted I will try to repair it.. thanks for the quick response. I wonder why you can write the ecc fine on the 16mb versions with BC but not on the 512 jasper... I guess some how the spare blocks really throw a wrench in it...

Where is the NAND which I read out with my BC USB stored on my Harddrive?
I cant find it anywhere.

ok found out where it is saved.
there will be a "save to" prompt when the NAND is successfully dumped to the harddrive.

now i've dumped my NAND 5 times and 4 out of the five were successful.

thanks for the script and all for nand dumping
