Manual says to have FUSB SO to motherboard SI and FUSB SI to motherboard SO my motherboard has 11 pin JSPI1 layout and the software (latest version) but FlashUSB can only detect my chip if I have FUSB SO to motherboard SO and FUSB SI to motherboard SI, I am using the pin layout in the manual btw.

Ok looks like I had to disconnect the HOLD and WP# cables from the motherboard and its now flashing. Will keep you posted

OK update!!!! Seems I only get those errors when using Verify Programming enabled. Will not allow it to flash with it enabled. Flashes fine with it disabled though.

You say it flashes fine with verify disabled , but does the motherboard power up correctly with the newly flashed bios ?

Was just testing that now, it seems that it will not power on now, power comes on the board and turns right back off

Yes , normally is verify fails then it is more a less a given that normal programming will fail as well.
With verify on are the errors the same as what you have in that screenshot ?

Ok i am just trying to get hold of the developer as i have not seen those errors before , normally it just shows mismatches and not the error writing data to usb port , what fcusb classic pcb do you have ?

All I know its a FlashCatUSB Classic PCB 2.1 that is written on the back

I don't have one of these 11 pin motherboards to test on , so will have to wait for the developer to get back to me , but i have tested normal SPI chips with V2.1 build 512 and they program ok .
Is your V2.1 set to 3.3v or 5v ? if on 3 can you set to 5 and try to program again please

I have put it an 3.3v and 5v but the program always says 3.3v and its grayed out to change it.

Yes that setting on the software is for the pro version only , classic fcusb still uses the selector switch on the board .
So with it set to 5v the error is still there correct ?

Oh ok, yes I get the same error with both 3.3v and 5v

I was just checking the fcusb manual and it states you need a vcc connection on the WP# pin do you have this ?

Ok i need you to try something for me , but it will involve you doing a few things first.

firstly download this version
https://blackcatusb.net/index.php?threads/official-fcusb-rc20-build-464-classic.449/
Once you have that downloaded use build 512 to downgrade the firmware to the version inside that build , once that is done then you will need to uninstall the current driver for fcusb and install the driver this version uses , it should then come up under WinUSB device.

Once that is done use build 464 to program the motherboard and tell me if you get the same errors
