falcon nand/bcusb

its been awhile since i used the blackcat to read a 360 nand....used the following diagram and it will not recogize the nand on the 360 board, i am positive the wiring from the 360 board to the bcusb is good as i have tested it all with a meter

using the latest firmware from the site as i downloaded it today, also reflashed the nand hex that comes packed with the firmware/drivers from site

I take it you have the power plugged into the 360 board ?
Also is this board functional or are you trying to recover a brick ?

yes board is functional and power brick is plugged in
