Actually when you look at them they are not that hard , The SPI scripts are actually simple to do , you could use the above sb6141 as a template so to speak , as all you are actually doing in a script is reading(saving) and writing , the layout for both would remain the same , the only thing that would be different is the names you have chosen ( for example Uboot or ENV1) these could be changed accordingly. Then knowing your flash layout and offsets, fortunately if these are available in usbjtag flash layouts you can easily determine them from that.
