Which back pin ? Make sure it is on the very end back pin closest to the switch

The connections look ok , so in theory you should be able to get a detection

Yeah its saying "error connected to target bored" :'( maybe my FCUSB is broken but i doubt that coz i havnt even used it before, brought it brand new

Is the pin header on your modem soldered perfectly ?

here does everything look okay

That all looks fine from what i can see , i doubt there is an issue with your fcusb , but tell me do you have a multimeter ?

Nope, but i know this bored works because, my friends dad had it connected couple of months ago, now he's on holiday and gave me the bored so i didn't have to buy one

The modem PCB may be fine ,, but i wanted to verify that there was connectivity from the modem PCB all the way to the fcusb PCB .

Lets stick with this one for now ,,, as i am pretty sure the connection on that will be different ..

Do me a favour when you detect the modem put some force on the modem pcb pin header by pushing it forward or backwards just want to see if it detects at all ... do this a few times , you just need to keep on hitting f1 on your keyboard to refresh fcusb and whilst doing this see if you can move the pin header ,, maybe one of the pins is not making a good connection.

Hmm I know the layout is now correct , pretty sure you JTAG is OK , only the continuity needs verifying , was the pin header already soldered on when you got the device ? If yes did the previous owner use a JTAG on it and did he have a detection

yes he soldered the pins on it good condition then his dad past away and he didnt touch it no more and sold his desktop, so i dont no if the device is acc working i know the cisco one is good i brought that of ebay
