FlashcatUSB Extension Port

The FlashcatUSB Extension port connects to FlashcatUSB using the standard 10-pin IDC cable and adds the capability to interface with parallel memory or other high pin count devices. This board has two female connectors that allow various IC devices to be connected via socket adapters.

Features:

  • Compatible with FlashcatUSB PCB 2.x and PCB 3.x

  • Supports 28 series, 29 series, 34 series, and 39 series Flash memory

  • Supports both NAND (x8) and NOR (x8 / x16) Flash types

  • Supports up to 24 address pins in x16 mode

  • Supports up to 32 address pins in x8 mode

  • Address and data I/O headers: (A0 to A23) and (DQ0 to DQ15)

  • Hardware control pins: 3 (CE, OE, WE)

  • Reads data up to 200KB/s, writes data up to 175KB/s

That's interesting to me which ic use for (DQ0 to DQ15) Because this pins are I/o It should look like 74hc299 but with 16 pins I/o
Certainly use 74hc595 for address bus.The circuit should be interesting

thank you dear Pantheon for your schematic.but I bought a original Extension Port
now I need schematic for 48pin adapter for nand and nor Adapter
I have this 48 pin adapter and I want make an adapter that I could use it on flashcat
