Consistent data reading in 28F128J3

Hello friends,

I have a strange problem when I read a 28F128J3 memory which I want to clone.
I use Flashcat USB xPort and adaptor BGA64 wired for me.
28F128J3 is a NOR flash memory of Intel.

Well, firstly I connect the memory and read the datas, then I compare data readed (bin file) and there is no problem.
I can compare without problem a lot of times.
But if I disconnect the USB programmer and connect it 30 seconds after, and read it again, some bytes changes!!!
The first time changed 4 bytes, the second time other 5 bytes, and in this way it continues lossing information.
Even, at 15th time, it lost 100KB that it was converted to 0xFF at 0088 0000 position.
Every changes are permanent.
I wrote first read bin file in a new and empty memory and reproduce the USB switch on/off 5 times and no datas was lossing.

I do not know what happens the old memory.
Do you think that its internal cells are dying?
Maybe you could help me to understand and avoid this situation.

Regards
Daniel
